At the start of July we supplied a booth to the Alfie Johnson Summer Ball at the Copthorne Hotel in Brierley Hill, an annual black-tie dinner that was being held to raise funds to help Alfie and other disabled children in the area.

We took our brand new selfie pod along, free of charge for the charity, and over the course of the evening got some great shots of the guests in our range of dressing up props pulling some of the daftest expressions we’ve ever seen but clearly having a great time and making donations totalling over £350 in exchange for using the pod and keeping their pictures.

Paul Johnson, part of the team that worked tirelessly to organise the event, said: “What a fantastic experience. So much fun, everyone who attended the event thoroughly enjoyed all the great props – they made for some brilliant photos!

The booth helped make our event that little bit different and special, great fun was had by all. We would highly recommend people add a booth to their event for that something special and we can’t thank Photobooth.co.uk enough for supplying us the booth free of charge in aid of the Friends of Alfie Johnson.”

The evening was a great success for the charity and we are delighted to have played our part.
